You deserve it! Normally, this is not a good reason to buy anything. So it was interesting to me to see well-known author, Harvey Mackay, dedicate one of his weekly columns to [...] I found Harvey Mackay’s column “Negotiating in a Nutshell” very relevant to today’s real estate market and have excerpted it below.
