California Desert Association of Realtors hosted its annual California Real Estate Market Forecast event at the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Indian Wells on October 22, 2009. The 2010 forecast was again presented by C.A.R. Vice President and Chief Economist, Leslie Appleton-Young, and Patrick Veling, Presdent Real Data Strategies.
